A coordinated custom program
One coordinated pack.
Your event, your branding.
Bring the accessories, logo and packaging together as one approved player gift. PASSEN reviews the complete configuration around your audience, budget and event requirements.
Build around your audience
Choose practical player essentials or a presentation-led sponsor gift. Share your must-have items and target budget per set.
Coordinate the whole set
Plan logo placement and color across your accessories and outer pack. Send artwork and color references for review.
Approve one complete brief
Confirm component count, decoration, packing and delivery basis together, with the approved sample as the order reference.
Choose the contents and presentation

| Decision | What to specify | Sample check |
|---|---|---|

| Branding | Sponsor files, colors and placement on each selected item | Legibility and appearance on the actual surface |
| Packing | Pouch, sleeve, card, box or other presentation | Insert fit, protection, label and opening experience |
| Event logistics | Player count, reserve quantity, destination and required date | Packed unit and carton plan |
Tournament and sponsor branding
Give every logo a clear place in the pack
Keep one event identity across the set, or assign sponsor artwork to selected pieces. Identify each logo, placement and version before quotation so the decorated sample matches your event plan.
Accessory surfaces
Review embroidery or print for the selected towel, printing for tees, and the suitable decoration method for the chosen marker or tool.
Color and artwork
Send artwork files and color references. Logo area, fine detail and the available method are reviewed against each item's material and shape.
Outer presentation
Plan artwork for the pouch, box, sleeve or insert alongside the contents, including sponsor recognition and any labels needed for distribution.
Decoration options depend on the selected construction. The quotation and decorated sample confirm the final method and appearance.

Approve the assembled pack, not just its parts
A towel, marker and tool may each look right separately yet fit poorly together in one sleeve or box. Review a complete packed sample for count, orientation, sharp-edge protection, logo consistency and carton presentation. If multiple sponsors or attendee tiers are involved, list each version as its own SKU and approve the matching pack. Final material, dimensions and components are confirmed on the selected configuration.
The gallery shows possible product and packaging directions. A quotation defines what is included in the order; items visible in a reference image are not automatically included.

Plan quantities around the actual pack version
Standard MOQ starts at 200 sets per SKU. Logo, color or packaging customization starts at 500 sets per SKU. Count one assembled player pack as one set. A mixed total across different item combinations, logos or package designs is not assumed to meet each SKU threshold.
For event timing, share the date that the packs must be on site, not only the tournament date. Sampling, approvals, bulk production and transport are separate steps and are scheduled for the actual configuration.

Frequently asked questions
What can go in a player pack?
Possible directions include a towel, tees, ball marker, divot tool, bag tag or other suitable accessory. Confirm every included component in the quote.
Can different sponsors use different artwork?
Yes. Identify the artwork and quantity for each version so decoration, packing and MOQ can be assessed per SKU.
Does a reference photo define the included contents?
No. The written quotation and approved sample define the final contents and packaging.
What is the MOQ?
Standard packs start at 200 sets per SKU; logo, color or packaging customization starts at 500 sets per SKU.
Can packs arrive assembled?
Ask for assembled pack-out in the brief. The exact assembly, protection and carton plan are confirmed with the selected components.
How should I specify the event deadline?
Send the on-site arrival date, destination and any registration setup time, so production and transit can be planned separately.
Can you review a pack against our target budget?
Yes. Share the budget per set, required quantity and any must-have items. The component mix, decoration and packaging are reviewed together; the quotation confirms the selected configuration and costs.
What will the player pack quotation cover?
Ask for the included components and counts, decoration basis, packing format, sample requirements and proposed schedule. Confirm shipping terms and freight separately so the total order basis is clear.
