A cart bag planned from the mounted position
Custom golf cart bag from PASSEN is quoted for your selected construction, artwork and packing. The bag needs to work after it is secured to a cart, not only while it stands in a showroom. Start with the intended cart style and receiving area, then decide how the base sits, where the strap crosses, which pockets stay accessible and which logo panels remain visible. The pictured cart and bag are a configuration concept, not a universal fit claim.
Cart interface
Review base placement and the actual strap route with the intended cart or trolley.
Accessible storage
Keep the pockets, handle and top reachable after the bag is mounted.
Visible branding
Position the main artwork where it can still be seen in the installed orientation.
Choose a cart bag from the mounted position
Plan a club or private-label bag around the cart interface. Pocket access, strap routing and brand visibility should work together once the bag is secured.

Map the bag around the cart
Test the proposed base and strap path on the cart styles relevant to your market. Check whether the strap obscures a zipper, creates pressure on a panel or blocks the upper handle. A top described as “14-way” does not by itself promise fourteen full-length individual dividers; specify the actual top and internal separation required.
For club shops, confirm how the bag will stand and display before sale as well as how it functions on a cart. A private-label program may also need hang tags, barcodes and repeatable color references.
Specify the cart bag
| Decision | Buyer brief | Sample review |
|---|---|---|
| Base and cart | Target cart or trolley, base direction and strap path | Mounted stability and panel clearance |
| Top and storage | Divider layout, pocket locations, valuables and cooler directions | Club separation and access while mounted |
| Handling | Carry handle and lifting points for loading and storage | Comfort and balance during transfer |
| Branding and packing | Panel colors, logo placement, retail labels and carton plan | Visibility on cart and protected delivery |

Review a mounted and packed sample
Place the finished sample on a relevant cart, secure it as intended and open each key pocket. Check zipper travel, top access, handle clearance, logo visibility, the base and any rain-cover or accessory inclusion stated in the quotation. Then review the packed unit and carton for club-retail or private-label presentation.
Quote the actual cart-bag version
Standard configurations start at 200 bags per SKU; logo, color or packaging customization starts at 500 bags per SKU. Different top arrangements, colorways, artwork or retail packs should be listed as separate versions. The final price and schedule follow the approved construction, quantity and destination.
Request a configuration-based quotation
Send the target cart or trolley details, base and strap requirements, divider and pocket plan, logo files, quantity per version, retail packing, destination and required date.
Provide the delivery destination and required date. Artwork review, sampling, production and transit are planned separately for the selected bag; no fixed dispatch or arrival time is implied.
Frequently asked questions
Will the bag fit every golf cart?
No universal fit is assumed. Provide the cart or trolley type and review the selected sample in that position.
Can we choose the pocket layout?
Pocket positions and access can be reviewed as part of the chosen construction. Check the sample after the cart strap is secured.
Does a multi-way top mean full-length dividers?
Not automatically. Specify the top openings and the internal divider construction separately.
Where should a logo be placed?
Choose a panel that remains visible when the bag is mounted; confirm size and orientation on the decorated sample.
What is the custom MOQ?
Logo, color or packaging customization starts at 500 bags per SKU; standard configurations start at 200 per SKU.
What should be included in the RFQ?
Share the target cart, construction and storage brief, artwork, quantity per SKU, packing, destination and required arrival date.
If the primary use is walking, review the stand bag direction; compare all options on the custom golf bags page.
